David is the Managing Director of the Institute for Executive Development, a motivational training company offering a variety of courses and team building training scenarios to strengthen company commitment and increase productivity.
With a Bachelors Degree and an MBA in Business Administration, David continued to gain 14 years of experience in the Canadian and Hong Kong Banking Industries. Drawing on his solid background in banking and marketing, David earned an instructor license and began training in 1985.
Highly regarded for his dynamic and positive personality, David is often called upon for Guest Speaking at events and conferences and Guest Hosting on Television. Further extending his profound knowledge and motivational insights, David has published 5 motivational books on strategics management and human potential development, a few of which have been highly recognized by publishers in Hong Kong.
Reaching an even broader population, David also serves as a columnist for a leading financial newspaper and weekly job search magazine. David is affiliated with the Institute of Canadian Bankers and the Hong Kong Society of CEO’s. In his free time, David enjoys cycling and playing the drums.
